The Certificate in Basic Diamond Manufacturing course is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the diamond manufacturing industry. The course aims to address the skills gap in the diamond beneficiation process in Botswana, enabling participants to gain employment in the diamond processing industry and contribute to the country’s economic growth. The program equips participants with practical skills and theoretical knowledge to work in various roles, such as diamond polishing, sorting, valuing, marketing, and operations management.
